By downloading, accessing, or using the MillWheel Customer App, Rider App, or Vendor App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The platform acts as a digital ledger and routing engine connecting customers with third-party local mills and logistics partners.
Customers submit estimated booking weights. Final charges are calculated synchronously using the actual measured weight logged by our pickup partner during collection. Any difference is settled dynamically via digital wallet refunds or outstanding balance collections at handover.
MillWheel Private Limited ensures all participating mills and riders undergo FSSAI checks and background verifications. However, final processing quality, grain purity, or specific moisture toll loss lies with the respective processing mill vendor.
