1. Dual Delivery Service Modes

MillWheel provides two logistics modes for picking up whole grains and delivering fresh processed products:

• Normal Delivery (₹10): Grains are collected within a 4-hour window, milled, and returned within 24 hours.
• Express Delivery (₹50): Urgent collection. Grains are scheduled at the top of the mill processing queue and dispatched back in under 3 hours.

2. Collection Integrity & Barcoding

All grain bags are weighted live and sealed inside hermetic bags with dynamic QR labels during collection. Barcode checks ensure zero tampering or mix-ups during transit and processing.

3. Serviceable Areas

We serve residential and commercial zones across Aurangabad and neighboring districts in Bihar. Specific boundary availability can be queried inside the mobile application.
